Frozen Banana On A Stick.... So Easy, So Quick!
Yogurt Banana Stick:
1 banana
2 craft sticks
vanilla yogurt
cookie crumbs, your favorite cereal, graham cracker crumbs
Directions:
Cut the banana in half. Insert a craft stick into the flat end. Roll banana halves in yogurt. Then roll them in crumbs. Put into
freezer for at least 1hour. Make several and wrap them for later!
Chocolate Banana Stick:

nuts, coconut or sprinkles

Jelly-Belly-Banana Roll ...So Healthy, So Whole

1 6 or 8-inch flour tortilla
2 T peanut butter
2 T Strawberry jelly or jam (or your favorite)
1 Banana, peeled and sliced the long way
Directions: Easy as pie...spread ingredients...add bananas and roll it up..if you like you can heat the tortilla for 10 seconds in the microwave first. 
Frozen Yogurt Sprinkle Pops .... Kids Think These Are Tops!
Colored sprinkles or chocolate sprinkles
several small containers or one large container of your favorite yogurt flavor
Directions: First sprinkle some sprinkles in the bottom of you cup or molds. Then add your favorite yogurt. Put them in the freezer until the yogurt is frozen solid.
**Add blueberries or other fruit chopped up for variation!
Peanut Butter Balls With Wheat.. Every Kids Favorite Treat!
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. honey
1/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder
2 tbsp. toasted wheat germ
**You can also roll finished balls in either grated coconut, crushed cereal or sesame seeds for variety
If you like to experiment...You can add any of the following:
Raisins, peanuts, semi-sweet chocolate pieces, or candy coated milk chocolate pieces
Directions: Just mix and roll into small balls...lay them out on a pan and put in the fridge to firm. Then you can place them in a plastic container and refrigerate.
Strawberry Yogurt Frappe...A Treat That Makes Kids Clap!
1 banana
2 8oz. containers of strawberry yogurt
1 cup milk
1/2 pint strawberries
Place the fruit into a blender.
Directions: Wash the strawberries. Cut the banana it into small pieces.
In the blender: Add yogurt with the fruit. Pour in the milk. Blend it on the puree level for approximately 2 minutes or until smooth.
Choco Raisin Trail Mix ...Great for Snack or Picnics
1 medium pkg. raisins
1 large pkg. plain m&ms or healthy dark chocolate pieces
1 jar roasted peanuts (try different flavors or just plain)

Peanut Butter Milk Shake...Happy Kids it Will Make

2 c. nonfat milk
1/3 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. honey or sugar
6 to 8 ice cubes
Directions: Blend until smooth in blender.can even add coconut, bananas or cocoa! Top it off with banana Slice!
Chicken Nuggets With Wheat .. A Taste That's Really Neat!
Ingredients: Chicken, Eggs, wheat germ, salt and pepper, oil
Let the kids shake them up!
Directions
- Pre:heat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Trim any fat from chicken and cut into 1 inch cubes.
- In a bowl beat the eggs and add the chicken
- Combine the wheat germ salt and ground pepper.
- Pour seasoning mixture into a resealable plastic bag and the chicken pieces to coat.
- Place coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 10 minutes, turn the pieces and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
*Variations: add bread crumbs to the wheat germ mixture. You can also add other seasonings. If you prefer you can lightly fry instead of bake.

- 1/3 cup *popcorn Kernels
- 2 TBL Butter
- 1 TBL Maple syrup
- 3 TBL Almond Butter

- Pour sauce over popcorn
- Leave in the bowl or roll into balls
- Top with extra almond Pieces

Ingredients: Whole Wheat Pizza Dough, Sauce, Cheese, Toppings

Directions
- Pizza Dough - Store Bought or home made (We suggest whole wheat it's healthier).

- On a floured surface, press out the pizza dough, If you are going for thin and crispy, you will want to spread it pretty thin.
- Sauce -Why not make your own?
- Cheese - Remember you can mix cheeses, like Mozarella, Romano or Parmesian, too!
- Toppings - Be creative with toppings, brocolli, peppers, mushrooms, hard boiled eggs, chicken...There is an incredible list of toppings here!
- Place a pizza brick, unglazed terracotta tile or baking sheet in the oven.
Preheat oven to 450F
- You can Sprinkle some cornmeal on it
- Place the pizza dough on the pizza brick, unglazed terracotta tile or baking sheet.
- Place in oven and heat for 10-15 minutes
- Cook then have a tastng party!
Buttermilk Biscuit Pizza
Rather than making pizza dough from scratch, patting out biscuit dough for mini pizzas is a quick and easy shortcut. Why not try making fun shapes such as mickey mouse, bears, snowmen, rabbits etc. Kids love food art!
INGREDIENTS:
One 12-ounce can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup prepared tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cups shredded mozzarella (8 ounces)
4 ounces thinly slices pepperoni rounds (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (1 ounce)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and use the palm of your hand to flatten the dough to ¼-inch in thickness. Divide the sauce evenly among the biscuits, top with a pinch of the oregano, then layer the mozzarella, pepperoni (if using), and Parmesan cheese.
Bake until the biscuits are golden and the cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. Allow the pizzas to cool slightly and serve warm.
