We Are Wild About ReWilding! Rewilding is a term we use when we restore (an area of land) to its natural uncultivated state. It often means reintroducing native species of animals and species that are no longer in an area. Rewilding is done to preserve functional ecosystems and reduce biodiversity loss. They often choose the strongest and most wild animals and plants to place in the habitat frst. Rewilding projects have been put in place to restore large scale wilderness areas and corridors.
