Here's
what
you
will need:
Paper,
Pen,
Scissors,
Ruler, 
Glue or Tape 


Use up an old calendar or magazine by making cool envelopes to send messages to your friends.

For a smaller envelope, you will need a piece of paper at least 8 inches on one side and 9 inches on the other.

For a large envelope, you will need a piece of paper that is 10-1/2 inches on one side and 9 inches on the other.

If you are planning to make many envelopes, you might want to glue the template to some cardboard, like the back of a note pad, or a cereal box. fluffy

1.
Cut out the template for the envelope you want to make.

2.
Place the piece of paper out of which you want to make the envelope so that the side you want to be the OUTSIDE of the envelope is facing away from you..

3.
ce the template on top of the paper and trace around it..

4.
Cut the envelope out.

5.
Fold the side flaps towards the center of the envelope.

6.
Fold the back (which is at the bottom) towards the top.

7.
Glue or tape the side flaps to the back of the envelope. The side flaps should be under the back.

8.
Put your letter inside. 

9.
Glue or tape the top flap down over the back flap.

10.
